• Please provide a brief letter of support from an organization that has benefited from your service.  The letter should describe the impact that your involvement has had.

• Please ask your Guidance Counselor to confirm in writing that you meet at least the minimum required “B” average.  Counselors must use the form that is attached to the scholarship instructions. (It is on page 2.)  DO NOT submit your high school transcript, and DO NOT provide copies of your Counselor’s college Letter of Recommendation.
